Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations, and needs.
Oversee the directing and scheduling of all personnel
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; training team members; planning, assigning and directing work,
appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving
Ensure the continuous operation of all saltwater, freshwater and water treatment systems.
Ensure general cleanliness of all facilities throughout the park.
May be involved in general maintenance of the operation of the park.
Utilize safe handling, storage and disposal practices for toxic substance and hazardous waste in accordance with
SeaWorld and department standards of operation.
Oversee operation, maintenance, calibration of computer controlled automated life support systems and water
treatment facilities to include software, hardware, and support equipment.
Oversee operation, maintenance, calibration of the ozonation systems.
Assist with design / retrofit the computer controlled automated life support systems and the water treatment
facilities through monitoring and analysis.
Oversee preventive maintenance program and pare parts inventory.
Maintain proper tool inventory.
Order purchase / service requisitions through SAP database.
Enter work request for plant maintenance processing into SAP system.
Audit team member payroll records and submit for key punching.
Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed.
Experience, Education & Skills
Able to positively interact with guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic / cultural backgrounds and / or
language, and individuals with special needs.
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Ability to effectively present information to top management and / or public groups.
Must be C.P.R., First Aid and Pool Operator Certified.

Must be able to lift or move up to 100lbs.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have valid California driver's license; visiting students and military must have valid driver's license from state
of residency and able to provide a copy of the DMV report.
Bachelor's degree (B.A) from four-year college or university.
One to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
