This Commissions Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating and providing key reporting and analysis over all commissions that will assist Corporate Compensation and Sales Channel leadership in making decisions for sales growth and performance.
Position will partner with Corporate Compensation team to ensure all data used for commission calculations in the commission tool are implemented accurately and according to approved commission plans.
This position will also be responsible for assembling and recurring reporting for Finance, Accounting, and Business Planning for proper accrual management and expense forecasting exercises.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor accuracy and responsiveness of commission systems and payments through accurate validation reporting and distribution.
Support management through proper trending of key KPI reporting to analyze commission expense payment month over month variances.
