Qualifications :

High School Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience working with people with IDD

Associate’s degree and 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities or; 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities

Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License, 3 years driving experience, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Motor Vehicle Report and insurance guidelines.

Essential Functions :

Keystone is seeking a full time Program Manager with experience serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

This position oversees the day to day operations of a home to ensure the safety, security, and satisfaction of the residents and staff.

A successful candidate will be self-motivated and demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure all policies and procedures, in line with licensing, funding, and departmental expectations, are implemented and enforced.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to complete responsibilities. Essential roles within the home include : direct supervision of staff and residents, management of home finances, preparation of schedules, oversite and completion of daily documentation.

Strong verbal communication skills are a must as this position serves as the primary contact for information related to the home’s operations and resident care.

Strong computer skills are required in order to complete monthly reports, chart within the electronic files, and send and receive emails.

This position is essential in enhancing staff skills by role modeling and training the direct care responsibilities and ensuring staff are scheduled for and complete all mandatory trainings.

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster a teamwork atmosphere strengthening morale and motivation within the team.

Schedule :

Primarily a 2nd shift position includes some weekend coverage

On call responsibilities.
