We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who loves interacting with new people, is a rock star on the phone and is excited to close deals! You will facilitate all aspects of the sales process to include identifying new opportunities, develop sales solutions, close sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and provide outstanding customer service and follow-up.

We’re a high volume, high activity, inside sales organization. We are incredibly fast paced and plan to stay that way. As a key member of the team you’ll actively prospect and aggressively expand new uncharted territories.

Daily Responsibilities : Identifies new sales opportunities with new and existing customers.

  • Work and grow an existing book of business, to generate commissionable sales.
  • Obtain new customers by prospecting and aggressively adding new revenue opportunities to our pipeline. Perform needs assessments to and conduct sales calls with potential prospects who need our solutions.

    Communicate value proposition to prospects. Proposes sales solutions to customers and reevaluates solutions where necessary.

  • Response to leads driven by our marketing team and turn them into quick sales.
  • Proactively reach out to company provided leads that are highly qualified.
  • Leverage the provided sources and tools to continuously add new prospects and develop pipeline.
  • Provides outstanding customer service and post sales satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships for repeat business. Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of SALES experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred.
  • A strong hunger for financial success.
  • Being a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a need to exceed goals.
  • PASSION for helping people with an extraordinary focus on the clients’ needs.
  • Being an articulate, confident, and conscientious communicator.
  • Having an EMPATHETIC ear and excellent active listening skills.
  • Being a trainable, COACHABLE, constant learner.
  • Being a multi-tasker with amazing organizational skills and great attention to details.
  • Technical savvy; able to use multiple computer systems while in conversation with a client.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent sales experience.
