Assistswith engineering duties and carry out all maintenance and janitorial tasks.Must have reliable transportation and be available for after hour emergencycalls.

EssentialJob Duties :

  • Performpreventative and general maintenance to building and mechanical operatingsystems. Work with engineers and other maintenance staff in making minorrepairs to various building operating systems.
  • Conductand / or Assist with systems testing.
  • Conductrepairs and clean general areas, lavatories, stairwells, and airducts. Replace and / or repair fixtures as needed.
  • Conductrepairs to the roof.
  • Assistin tenant improvement construction projects.
  • Acceptand makes package deliveries from vendors to tenants, as needed.
  • Mayassist tenants with internal building moves.
  • Mayperform other duties as assigned
  • OtherJob Functions :

  • Assistwith snow removal as needed.
  • Responsiblefor tenant work requests
  • Conductrepairs and clean general areas, lavatories, stairwells, and air ducts. Replaceand / or repair fixtures as needed.
  • Conductrepairs to the roof.
  • Skills,Education And Experience :

  • HighSchool diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Minimum3-5 years previous facilities maintenance / janitorial / engineeringexperience.
  • Abilityto read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, codesand handbooks.
  • Abilityto use various testing devises related to the mechanical trades.
  • Abilityto handle multiple projects.
  • Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in ademanding service environment.
  • Someknowledge of computers preferred.
  • Musthave the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specificjob duties.
