There are several areas the candidate will be working within including filing, picking, prepping, associating, and shipping.
Each area has a different set of tasks and metrics to meet. Everyone starts out in the filing area initially which is a large vault room with hundreds of thousands of vehicle titles.
The candidate will take a stack of folders that are and file them in the appropriate space based on their color coded tabs and labeling A-
Z & 0-99. They may also "pick" which is exactly the opposite of the filing task. The candidate will go through the file room with a list and pull files from their list based on what needs to be shipped out to their customers.
Expect to be standing and walking around the file room or the first full month of the job.
Once they have those 2 areas down (typically 1 month) they will be cross-trained for the other areas where they have more flexibility to sit during the job.
Located on the first floor. They are very conservative in this environment and require modest clothing and a natural shade of hair.
They are sitting on site at their client where they work beside them so they have to be on their best behavior at all times while maintaining professionalism.
Must wear jeans (loose fitting, no skin tight pants), tennis shoes, and collared shirt (preferably polo shirt).
