    The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Customer Care Center is currently seeking an personal lines account manager to act as a contact for policyholders being serviced by the Cincinnati Customer Care Center on behalf of our independent agents.

    Starting range ofpay : $45,000 - $55,000depending on knowledge and skills

    Be ready to :

  • respond to customers’ requests in a timely and professional manner
  • underwrite and price policies, including direct correspondence with policyholders
  • assist with training new associates as needed
  • use technology to analyze reports regarding activity level and profitability
  • maintain overall quality and efficiency of work performed on the team
  • work three day work week, Monday and Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday 8am-9pm
  • Be equipped with :

  • experience with underwriting and / or risk selection within a carrier or agency management liability experience required
  • valid Insurance Agent P&C License
  • analyze situations and make decisions
  • clearly explain complex insurance issues with little to no insurance knowledge
  • learn coverage forms, company products and procedures
  • work autonomously with attention to detail
  • use various software and operating systems
  • collaborate with others to get results, including being flexible and open to change
