A Stylist contributes to a profitable and customer-centric environment through supporting the store / shop management team in elevating the customer experience.
Curates a compelling environment through bridal styling guidance, team development and establishing lasting connections with customers.
REPORTS TO : Bridal / Service Manager
SALES & PROFITABILITY
Supports the Store / Shop management team in exceeding sales and shrink goals
Partners with management team to lead service strategies to impact results
Focuses on strategic selling techniques to meet or exceed personal sales and conversion goals
Supports an environment of genuine customer connection
Demonstrates extraordinary service and styling direction, leading by example on the sales floor
Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic
Creates a bridal styling experience that provides individual attention and engagement
Builds a relationship of trust and honesty to provide the unimagined experience
Facilitates customer correspondence and appointment setting
Fosters ongoing relationships by :
o Service Follow-up
