TicketNetwork is seeking a to join the Fulfillment team. On a day-to-day basis, the Fulfillment Specialist will manage and reply to customer and supplier emails, respond to internal communications from various departments, and review the electronic transfer and delivery details for customer orders to ensure accuracy.

Additionally, the Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for elevated tasks such as, issuing refunds and handling canceled or escalated orders.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Managing customers emails
  • Managing supplier emails
  • Responding to internal communications from various departments
  • Completely the electronic transfer of delivery
  • Completing reporting that works to ensure delivery
  • Managing elevated tasks such as issuing refunds, cancelled / escalated orders
  • Required Skills

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Critical thinking / conflict resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Fulfilment operations
  • Experience with software applications- Webadmin, Exchange Manager, Zeacom / Desktop, TND POS, and SharePoint
  • Required Experience :

  • 1+ years of experience working in a high volume job
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional customer service environment
  • Experience with completing TN internal programs
  • Experience utilizing a proprietary POS or inventory management system a plus
  • Schedule :

  • 2 : 00PM - 11 : 00PM
  • At least one weekend day required
