The Customer Service Associate is often the first point of contact for our patients and their family. Individuals with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of patient confidentiality should consider this opportunity.
Responsibilities include providing superior customer service through scheduling, patient registration, and telephone. The Customer Service Associate will interview incoming patients and / or their representatives, recording pertinent identifying information and providing directions to access services.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of six months previous experience in the healthcare field, required. Registration and admissions experience, preferred.
Knowledge of switchboard system and procedures, preferred. Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills.
Basic medical terminology understanding.
