The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for the weekly ordering of food and supplies for the department.
Trains new employees, and ensures the quality standards set by the State / Federal / BHS are met. Directs, monitors, identifies, and delegates tasks to culinary staff.
Prevents food borne illness by demonstrating the knowledge of and following the sanitation standards.
Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Food production experience. Complete BHS Culinary University and BHS required culinary competencies within the first year of employment.
Serve Safe Certified. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Qualifications Preferred Supervisory experience. EEO / AA / Vet Friendly
