Burton is looking to fill a seasonal role and is searching for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable full-time Burton Guide (Customer Service) to help maintain our high standard of customer satisfaction.
You will be servicing customers’ requests across our vast product lines via phones, emails and online chat.
What You Get to Do :
Guide and educate customers about Burton, Analog and Anon product lines
Own customer issues, from start to finish - provide excellent customer service while answering inquiries about product, online orders, warranty, and provide technical support to Burton consumers
Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact - maintain and create professional one on one relationships with customers and fellow outdoor enthusiasts
Work alongside Burton’s internal departments to ensure our riders are receiving the best and most accurate information
What You Will Bring to the Team :
Extraordinary interpersonal skills You love talking to people!
Creative problem-solving skills and strong ability to multi-task
Snowboard industry experience and / or relevant outdoor industry experience preferred
Ability to work with systems in customer relationship management, eCommerce website tools, and order management programs
Strong & efficient written (email / chat) and verbal (phone) communication skills are a must
The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing demands while maintaining quality
Must have a positive outlook towards high stress situations while remaining detail oriented and work independently while maintaining a team and customer first mindset
Flexibility to work nights and weekends
1-2 years of customer focused employment
