Aminimum of 5 years of experience in program management or engineering teammanagement of new mechanical, electrical, and software product development andmarket introductions.
2+ years’ experience managing agile software projects across multiple and geographically distributed teams
Proficientwith project / program management tools such as MS Project and other bug trackingapplications
Knowledgeof best practices in software development methodologies, processes, andtechnologies
Strongleader with excellent communication, organizational and people skills and theability to work across functional groups
Proventrack record of managing new product development projects
BA / BSdegree
Languageskills : Mandarin, Simplified Chinese a plus
Priorexperience in hands on software development is a big plus
Experienceworking with third party consultants and partners
Experiencewith factory manufacturing high volume, high quality consumer electronics
PMPand / or CSM a plus
Experienceworking with geographically dispersed engineering and business teams
Experiencewith Agile project management methodologies
Experiencewith Atlassian tool suit or similar system to track development progress andinteract with the team.
