Experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach any employee showing potential, hard work and dedication.

Prep Station with all necessary items for service
Prepare, Cook and Plate all items according to Bern’s Steak House standards
Ensure Quality of all Products
Maintain cleanliness of Station throughout the entire shift
Attention to detail
Must work well with others
Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor as guests will be touring the kitchen during service
Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
Lift 50 lbs
