Position Overview Responsible for managing phone lines and ensuring excellent customer service Monitor inventory and order office supplies Responsible for clerical duties including but not limited to data entry, maintaining grids, print & electronic mailings, and note-
taking Assist with organizing local company events Responsible for ensuring office compliance relating to safety and accreditation standards Customer calls and surveys Serve as liaison to IT department for in-
office technical trouble-shooting Assist with new hire onboarding tasks Travel to other offices regionally will be required as needed Assist with use of office equipment including but not limited to copy machine, computers, tablets, etc.
Other administrative duties will be assigned Additional information Schedule is - schedule can be flexible and will be discussed further with the hiring manager Position will be based out of Boone, NC office but monthly / as needed travel may be required as well
Requirements A High School Diploma or GED with experience is required Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good attitude and high degree of professionalism Flexible approach to changing priorities Ability to organize and prioritize Ability to work independently Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion Proven track record of successful office management / administrative work Two years of administrative experience required Experience growth and development through our continuous training, as well as tuition and licensure reimbursement, or pursue opportunities to advance both clinically and administratively with Youth Villages.
