Job Description :

360i is looking for an Account Supervisor to take a leadership role in the development of digital marketing strategies for a client with four distinct brands.

The Account Supervisor must be organized, well-spoken, and have leadership qualities which translate into the ability to manage projects and meet client needs.

This person will oversee all four client brands, across a variety of marketing channels with a primary focus in SEM and PLA with Programmatic, Video, & Display components.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Builds a strong client relationship and serves as Trusted Advisor
  • Strategically guides both the client and internal team to ensure a successful relationship
  • Oversees cross-functional process and ensures alignment for providing strategic recommendations and deliverables to the client
  • Acts as a gatekeeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk
  • Able to manage client requests and push back with sound rationale when necessary
  • Identifies workflow efficiencies and enhancements for internal team and client
  • Oversees the team’s project management and day-to-day communications
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the client’s business beyond campaign objectives; Applies understanding of online customer behavior into immediate and long-
  • term strategic recommendations

    QUALIFICATIONS :

  • BA / BS in marketing or related field with 5-6 years of account management in a digital environment, or 7-8 years in paid media with a client facing role
  • Familiarity with paid media is a must with a strong understanding of paid search required; basic understanding of all digital media disciplines including paid, owned, and earned preferred
  • Experience in the Retail vertical preferred, but not required
  • Clear understanding of media optimization techniques and performance analysis of digital media, and the ability to communicate these in writing and in presentations.
  • Base knowledge of media technology, test & learn strategies, and web analytics
  • Ability to multi-task and handle management of multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communications (written / verbal), presentation and analytical skills with the ability to craft appropriate strategies, develop presentations, POVs and key strategic documents to provide thought leadership and drive innovation
  • Demonstrates passion for digital media and actively seeks opportunities to expand understanding and use of search, display, mobile and social media
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Follows the tenants of Trusted Advisor to the clients, including being a critical thinker to foster sound, business-focused decision making for the team
  • Significant Microsoft Excel knowledge, as well as PowerPoint knowledge
