Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in the plant.
Operation and maintenance of facilities systems including HVAC system, chiller, boiler and CDA systems.
Operation and maintenance of the fire alarm systems, hazardous gas detection systems, and other control systems throughout the plant.
Schedule & perform Preventive Maintenance tasks, data entry and analyzing data.
Update and maintain Preventive maintenance & electrical documentation.
Participate in area improvement projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience on facilities equipment operation, preventative maintenance and repairs.
Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
Able to perform service on low & medium voltage systems, including
Motor Control Center service and repairs
Uninterruptible Power Supply systems
Emergency generators & power transfer systems
Variable Frequency Drive service. Troubleshooting 5 to 150 HP drives.
Motor trouble shooting, replacement & alignment
Familiar with NEC code & wiring requirements
Able to read electrical schematics and as-built drawings
Understanding of automated systems for air handlers, environmental controls, chillers, process cooling water are a plus.
HVAC, PLC programming, and electronic skills are a plus.
Understanding of chemistry and general safety.
SPC knowledge, understanding of control charts and data entry.
Must have knowledge of office automation (outlook, excel, word, etc)
Self-motivated & able to work independently.
Able to work as a team player.

Education or experience with electrical, controls and mechanical systems. Wafer fab experience is a plus.
Electrician license LME, PJ or higher required.
Preference will be given to experience with facilities electrical experience and those with strong trouble shooting skills.
