What Sales Admin / Ops Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Sales Operations function

Accountabilities

  • Lead strategy for commercial enablement comprised of sales execution, data / analytics and support of $1.4B sales team
  • Implement discipline and continuity of sales management metrics
  • Streamline tools and processes with focus on analytics, pipeline, account planning and CRM utilization
  • Develop sales support model across 3 commercial team channels
  • Create processes for contract compliance, customer proposal execution, RFP response and new hire onboarding
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors in business or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years general business exp required
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Experience in developing people and leading teams required
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff may also manage front line supervisors
  • Manages an organizational budget
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
  • Assists in the development of functional strategy
  • Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
  • Interacts with internal and / or external leaders, including senior management
  • Persuades others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships
