Responsibilities

Firmographic Process Improvement / audit

  • Improve the overall sales firmographics (revenue / segmentation) for use in sales coverage design.
  • Manage offshore firmographic team, boost the productivity, evaluate their performance and audit their work
  • Collaborate with 3rd party outside vendors like DnB, InsideView, Datafox, Gartner, Anaplan, etc. to identify best Firmographic practices in Sales Planning that can be leveraged and deployed across the organization.
  • Other Sales Planning function

  • Establish a thought partnership with key stakeholders including regional Planning team, other Sales Operation function and Marketing team.
  • Reconcile monthly headcounts for Sales and supporting team with other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Anaplan administrator on dashboard enhancements to the overall Territory planning process
  • Work with Sales Planning leads closely in the work associated with Territory and Quota planning
  • Work with WW Sales Strategy lead in the TAM model improvement
  • Work on Planning Project(s) due to Equinix’s M&A activities
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy / planning, sales analytics, or FP&A
  • Experience to oversee offshore contractors
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Anaplan
  • Strong analytical skills including Excel modeling
  • Worldwide experience working with teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMER
  • Detailed oriented, Organization and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
