RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Recruitment / Onboarding : Identify, source and screen top quality candidates for open opportunities within our onsite programs Conduct structured interviews with candidates providing feedback and next steps Work closely with Hubsite management to ensure clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing needs, culture and program expectations Assist with the creation, implementation and execution of robust recruitment plan to meet the hiring needs of the client.
  • Achieve full understanding and execution of required recruitment, interview and submission activity KPIs Build and retain a pool of pipeline candidates in anticipation of future client fulfillment requests Maintain and update candidate records in tracking database

  • Associate Care & Satisfaction : Serve as a single point of contact for candidate inquiries during the onboarding process addressing all queries and escalating as appropriate Position candidates for success on assignment including the completion of
  • and client onboarding requirements, orientation, etc. Develop candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen Adecco’s footprint in the market.

    During your first year you will participate in everything from recruiting to operations and analytics. You will work closely with your Strategic Delivery Manager to learn our business and hone your skills.

    As you progress, your knowledge in these areas will be tested and your results will qualify you for further promotional opportunities and pay increases.

    Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS :

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are required.
  • Process & KPI oriented
  • Excellent MS Office and Database skills, along with the ability to learn new software
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong associate relationships and networks.
