Position Overview :
Perform a wide variety of standard administrative, technical and staff support functions, supporting the Global General Counsel.
Advance word processing correspondence.
Design spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
Heavy use of graphics.
Compile information and prepare reports.
Screen telephone calls.
Give or relay non-routine information to callers.
Make meeting and travel arrangements.
High level of analytical work.
Determine methods and procedures to be used in resolving routine and some complex inquiries.
Generates and maintains confidential files.
With Minimal supervision, handles and resolves complex or unique questions, problems, or assignments, exercising independent judgment and initiative on occasion.
May provide guidance to others within the same skill area.
Required Qualifications :
High school education or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Frequent demands to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines. Advanced knowledge of departmental policies and workflow. Highly detail oriented
