Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Reprise team as an Associate Director, Search. The Search Associate Director is an agency position, generally requiring 5+ years of paid search and social media experience.

This role is an initial leadership role within Reprise with a wide range of responsibilities. This role will lead the day-

to-day client relationship, focusing specifically on execution as well as agency / partner relationships, driving advanced thinking and providing execution against that thinking.

Additionally, there will be a team leadership aspect within the role, as well as any necessary tasks required for day-to-

day execution and success of your brands.

Essential Functions

  • Focus on execution of campaigns for search and social, as well as distribution of campaign set up, new launches and more to local markets globally
  • Trusted advisor to client, with demonstrated ability to lead the client relationship, across all levels, locally and globally
  • Continual evaluation of search marketing strategies to identify opportunity for competitive advantage for Reprise
  • Mastering, identifying and communication of trends in search and client industries globally, fully understanding there will be local nuances to be catalogued and followed
  • Establishes current and long term goals and objectives for responsible accounts, subject to approval by the Director and / or Group Director
  • Manages the overall day to day activity of associated Search Directors and liaises with strategists to ensure key strategies and vision are deployed
  • Oversight of recommendations for division of budget - accounting for media spend, agency fees, tracking fees, etc
  • Take ownership (with leadership assistance) of creation and presentation of all client presentations, including Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly client / partner meetings
  • Lead paid search integration / value-add in all other media aspects as well as ability to discuss fundamentals of other media types such as SEO, Programmatic, Social, etc.
  • Create and present case studies, POVs, etc.
  • Analyzes search planning budgets, of assigned accounts, to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensures proper financial allocations
  • Display management skills, and lead day-to-day aspects of the search team
  • Experience analyzing multi-touch attribution reports
  • Have clear POV on best practices for how to manage Vendor Relationships
  • Express differences on Media Metrics
  • Show Critical Thinking & Problem Solving on a daily basis
  • Lead discussions on Attribution, Audiences and Intent internally and externally
  • Clear POV on value of mobile vs desktop
  • Clear POV on the future of Search and Social
  • Leadership Expectations

  • Responsible for management of direct reports as well as overall development and success of the team
  • Lead, develop and manage staff. Offer guidance support, direction and provide development opportunities
  • Ensure team has received all tools and training to excel in their roles. This includes but is not limited to deal math, sales techniques and excel
  • Main team contact for questions or problem solving
  • Accountability for team development; this includes utilizing organizational tools such as L&D, creating internal opportunity and challenges for staff, maintaining positive morale, partnering with HR and Business Leads on supporting organizational objectives
  • Cascades information and empowers the team to action
  • Defines and executes on corporate culture initiatives
  • Education :

  • BA / BS or equivalent in Marketing, or a related field is preferable
  • Work Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience with within an agency environment required
  • E-Commerce or highly accountable DR account experience is a plus
  • Skills :

  • Advanced / Cutting Edge knowledge of Google, Yahoo & Bing
  • Advanced / Cutting Edge knowledge of at least two bidding platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo or Search Ads 360
  • Polished presence and presentations skills
  • Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
