We are seeking to add a highly motivated and capable HVAC Special Projects Sales to join our growing team. This candidate must be a hands-on, self-motivated, outgoing and dependable individual with the drive to succeed in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Job Title :

HVAC Special Project Sales

Responsibilities :

  • Selling and marketing HVAC mechanical solution projects.
  • Develop new customers and new market channels.
  • Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales proposals to meet the customers' needs.
  • Maintain customer activity and documentation in CRM software (SalesForce).
  • Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals.
  • Qualifications :

  • Self-motivated
  • Outgoing and dependable
  • Driven
  • 5 + years sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Understand the financial HVAC sales impact on cash flow, pay-back, ROI, leasing vs purchase, etc.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and aggressively close sales.
  • Ability to develop sales action plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills
