Job Description :
The Head of Global Talent Branding is an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition team. Reporting into the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, this role will lead the development, coordination, and execution of Cloudera’s external Talent Acquisition Brand strategy.
Internally, the role will be required to partner closely with Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Marketing.
Externally, it will require close partnerships and knowledge of branding resources, channels, partners and tools to effectively execute against the Talent Brand strategies across the organization, globally.
The right candidate will be ultimately developing authentic and engaging content that will strengthen Cloudera’s employer brand and advance the attraction of top diverse talent into the organization at all levels.
Job Requirements :
Develop external messaging that will enable and advance Cloudera’s Talent Brand strategies
Determine optimal channels, messaging, social and brand strategy for targeted talent segments
Partner with Corporate Communications and Marketing to bring the brand guidelines and value proposition to life in the external marketplace
Serve as Talent Branding thought leader
Develop and maintain a social media content and calendar strategy that will advance and our talent brand
Develop D&I messaging and targeted campaigns
Partners with Talent Acquisition team to ensure the Talent Brand standards are accurately reflected externally
Establish and manage vendor relationships with branding and other talent acquisition vendors to ensure the delivery of quality services
Develop a metrics and analytics platform to track, measure and report out on talent branding and social effort
Required Skills & Experience :
7 -10 years of experience, ideally in a global corporate environment
2-4 years’ experience building and leading talent acquisition brand strategies
Experience managing and scaling Talent Branding teams
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Proven track record of influencing at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated track record of successfully balancing multiple priorities
