Position Summary Work within a small IT team to provide end-user support for approximately 550 staff in multiple locations.
Assist in the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate desktops, phones, AV equipment and applications.
What You Will Do Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with network connectivity, desktop and server application errors, and hardware malfunctions.
Support local & remote users via IT ticketing system, emails, desk-side visits and phone calls. Display patience and professionalism working with employees having a range of computer competencies.
Create and manage network user accounts following established procedures. Assist with support of video conferencing and audio / video equipment.
Maintain system documentation and update written procedures. Act as the first point of contact for support issues, while actively resolving and escalating issues to senior IT staff.
Use strong customer service skills to set expectations and keep staff informed of progress while driving to issue resolutions.
What You Will Bring 2+ years of experience providing 1st tier technical support in Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac environments.

depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Apple OSX Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe CC suite, and other PC / Mac applications.
Proficient at installing and troubleshooting hardware and software Understand LAN networking theory & concepts, including DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP, VPNs, etc.
