Chief Sales Officer - Healthcare
Our client in Cleveland is seeking an experienced and energetic sales leader to become their Chief Sales Officer. As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) essential functions including planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales policy governance, headcount management, and sales compensation design and implementation.
Chief Sales Officer Responsibilities :
Aligns reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities.
Provides thought leadership to the sales organization and counsel to the CSO
Design and implement key metrics to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success
Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization consistent with other processes
Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
Partners with senior sales leadership to identify and successfully implement opportunities for sales process improvement.
Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement.
Recommends changes and enhancements to the CRM technology platform.
Works closely with Accounting, Finance, and HR to establish and oversee the administration of sales compensation program and rules, policies, and procedures.
Chief Sales Officer Qualifications :
7+ years of prior sales operations, business planning, or sales support management roles
Experience in Healthcare Sales is required
4-year business degree, MBA preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate; effectively working across multiple levels, roles, and functions in the organization
