The Social Media Specialist is a strategic communicator and storyteller who will be responsible for curating the Liveops story across our social media channels in order to drive engagement and interest.

The beauty of this role is the breadth of audience. You’ll curate for both our enterprise B2B audience as well as our agent (B2C) community.

This person is creative, organized, and excited about collaborating across different teams.

The Purpose of Your Role

The Social Media Specialist will drive awareness and engagement to our B2B and B2C audiences through a collaborative social media strategy.

This person will develop and share our thought leadership and agent-facing content across all social channels, create engagement, grow our audiences, and optimize content based on analytics.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Expert in community management, including (but not exclusive) LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable achievement in developing social media content strategy and growing an audience
  • Ability to easily translate data into insights to improve outcomes
  • Proficient at pulling data together and reporting results to a broader cross-functional audience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication or related field

  • Establish social media strategy through competitive research, historical data and industry trends
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar, outlining a consistent posting schedule for all platforms
  • Generate, edit and post compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and mission
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments (agent acquisition, agent experiences, sales, etc) to find and create unique and engaging content
  • Listen and respond to community feedback across social platforms and manage reputation on online forums
  • Create and curate content catered to a variety of different audiences
  • Continuously track and analyze metrics, adjust strategy and content accordingly
