Role Summary :

The Clinical Informatics Sales Director will represent the GE Healthcare Patient Monitoring informatics / analytics offerings in two or more regions.

They will partner with the account community - including Regional Managers, Account Executives and Product Sales Specialists to identify, cultivate, close and successfully install the Disruptive Technology portfolio of products.

Essential Responsibilities :

The Clinical Informatics Sales Director will be an expert in big data / analytics, and clinical mobility solutions to improve outcomes.

The Clinical Informatics Sales Director will develop workflows and solutions that solve our customers' biggest challenges.

In addition to product specific opportunities and campaigns, the Clinical Informatics Sales Director will also represent cohesive programs such as Digital CMU and TeleX initiatives in their respective regions.

To be successful, the Clinical Informatics Sales Director will need to partner with C-level customers to baseline the current process capabilities, scope the solution, oversee the deployment, and ensure the improved state delivers as expected.

  • Become an expert in all patient monitoring Disruptive Technologies, educate the account community
  • Develop and manage a funnel for a specific set of products - from opportunity to closing
  • Work horizontally with a variety of commercial and deployment teams - both within GE Healthcare and in partner companies
  • Go "beyond the sale" and oversee the installation, consult customers with design
  • Be creative with the solution, and detailed in the deployment
  • Develop strong clinical relationships with regional customers.
  • Develop show sites, customer references, and partner with marketing for collateral development
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of commercial or consulting experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and grow new initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to flex from working with C-level clients to getting deep into the details of a coma deployment
  • Executive level communication skills : written, interviewing, selling, and presentation
  • Self driven, thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Overnight Travel 60% of time

  • Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed environment - to drive and close funnel growth
  • Experience in process improvement - CAP / Agile / Six Sigma
