The Inova Systems Headquarters in Falls Church, VA is seeking a full time AP Vendor Analyst.

The successful incumbent will have relevant office and customer service experience in working with customers or vendors in an accounts payable environment.

5 years working in a high volume AP Department handling vendor or customer accounts and customer service inquiries. Some exposure to AP Vendor account setup and maintenance.
Experience with Lawson Financial system or similar AP systems.
Associates Degree or 2-3 years experience in lieu of college. Prefer candidates with an AA degree in Business or Accounting with 2 -
3 years experience in accounts payable or accounting.
Special Skills :
Ability to compose letters, memos, emails, or reports of a routine nature. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, learn and interpret policies and must be able to problem solve.
Excellent effective communication skills. Strong decision making skills and computer skills. Ability to multitask and handle a large volume of emails and phone calls.
Proficiency in English is required. Prefer candidates with experience in using Document Management Systems.
