Administrative Resource Options is looking to hire a Mail and Print Associate in San Diego, CA.

The Mail and Print Associate position involves work in printing and copying, basic printer maintenance, processing and delivery of mail and packages, and cross training in other office tasks as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum essential functions include being able to lift 50 pounds, walk up to three miles through the day, and work with printers and technology
  • Prior experience in mail distribution, print, office services, or event planning preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Must demonstrate professional communication skills : verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
