SOCIAL MEDIA : Assistin telling the story of all things happening at the Club Via Facebook,Twitter, Instagram & other Social Media Outlets, plus Website, Email Blasts& more.

Marketingmaterials creation flyers, posters, event images / photos, LCD slides, etc. (Early afternoon)

RECEPTIONIST : Provide the Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to all Membersand Guests. Answer phones, direct Members and Guest to their destinationswithin the club, provide business and concierge services to our Members.

Informmembers and guests of Club services, features, upcoming events, room locationsand amenities. (Tuesday-Friday 3 : 00 pm - 8 : 30 pm)

Answer telephone promptly and courteously,take reservations, direct calls to appropriate areas, and / or take messagesand / or deliver messages as necessary.

Greet and direct Members and their guests to their clubdestinations

Converse with Members and Guest. Be outgoing andfriendly, and act as an extension of the Membership Department in obtainingprospective member referrals.

Prepare reservation sheets for dining room.

Requirements :

One year experience as receptionists, PBX operator,Administrative role, concierge or customer service agent. College degree preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook. Experienced in Social Media platforms (Hootsuite a plus), able to learn & utilize corporate software applications.
